Guideline of Posting on ADVENTURE

This Guideline defines the terms and conditions applicable when you post any contents on the Website including reviews, photos, video and comments (the ”Contents”). The Company values the Contents as helpful information for other Users, encouragement to service providers, and occasionally offering suggestions for improving service content or service levels. At the same time, the Company desires that the Contents to be truthful, helpful to others and not harmful to anybody. Therefore, any Contents must comply with this Guideline, and you are strongly encouraged to thoroughly read and fully understand this Guideline before posting any Content. By posting any Content on the Website, you acknowledge and agree that they have read this Guideline in its entirety and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated herein. This Guideline is a part of Terms and Conditions of the Website.

Article 1 - Basic Policy

  1. The Contents must be based on actual experience, intended for sharing your own experiences with other Users, and must be lawful and appropriate.
  2. The Company reserves the right to review whether the Contents meet the conditions set forth in this Guideline and has the right to refuse to accept any Content that does not meet this Guideline or remove it.
  3. The Company will publish any Content as long as it meets this Guideline, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
  4. The Company will not disclose to any third parties (including but not limited to service providers) the personal information of who posted the Contents, unless required by a mandatory order from a court or government agency. For the avoidance of doubt, the username you registered upon membership sign-up will be publicly displayed linked to your Contents. Therefore, if you don't want to let others know that you post specific Contents, you should avoid registering your real name as your username.

Article 2 - Eligibility to Post

To post Contents on the Website, you must be registered as a member of ADVENTURE. It is not required to book the service on the Website for posting the Contents. Therefore, even if you did not book the service on the Website, you are eligible to post the Contents only if you actually used the service.

Article 3 - Review and Deletion by the Company

  1. All Contents posted on the Website must comply with this Guideline. The Contents will be reviewed by the Company to determine whether they comply with this Guideline. If the Company determines that the Contents do not comply with this Guideline, such Contents will be rejected for publication. The review will primarily be conducted using AI. In cases where AI cannot make a determination, the Company's staff will make the determination. If Company 's staff review is required, the Contents will not be published immediately.
  2. Even the Contents that have passed review and been published may be removed at any time by the Company at its sole discretion if the Company determines they violate these Guidelines.
  3. You may remove or modify your own posted Contents at any time. Modified Contents will be subject to Company review again.
  4. If you are dissatisfied with the Company's rejection or removal of your posted Contents, you may request reconsideration. Contact [CS Contact] for reconsideration requests.

Article 4 - Prohibited Contents

  1. You are prohibited from posting any Content that falls under any of the following items.

    1. Contents not based on your own experience;
    2. Contents containing false information;
    3. Contents containing advertisements to other Users or Contents that pertain to service providers with whom you have a conflict of interest (e.g., your employer) but do not explicitly state this relationship;
    4. Contents including political and/or religious statements;
    5. Contents not directly related to the purpose of sharing information about the subject service with other Users (for example, posting complaints about a taxi not operated by the hotel regarding transportation from the airport to the hotel as a comment about the hotel would be deemed not directly related to the above purpose);
    6. Contents that infringe on the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties;
    7. Contents containing personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information that can identify an individual including but not limited to yours);
    8. Contents containing payment information such as credit card number;
    9. Images and/or videos of other person (including your family member) without the consent of such person (or their legal guardian or custodian if such person is a minor) (excluding Content processed to prevent identification of such person);
    10. Contents that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (including but not limited to copyrights and trademark rights);
    11. Content containing HTML tags and/or URL;
    12. Contents that make others uncomfortable (including but not limited to sexual, discriminatory, or offensive expressions);
    13. Contents that contain illegal content or that encourage or promote illegal acts;
    14. Contents that are the same or substantially the same as Contents already posted by you.

    Note: As long as the evaluation is based on actual experience, it will not be deemed to fall under item ⑪ solely because it is a negative evaluation of the service provider. However, if the evaluation is not based on actual experience or contains offensive expressions beyond negative evaluations, it will be deemed to fall under item ① and/or item ⑪.

  2. The Company reserves the right to refuse or delete any Contents determined to fall under any of the preceding paragraph;

Article 5 – Technical Requirements

  1. When you post photos or videos, we try our best to compress them to meet our technical requirements below.

    1. Image

      • supported formats: PING, JPEG/JPG or HEIF
      • size limit: 5MB per image
    2. Video

      • supported formats: MP4, MKV, MOV or AVI
      • size limit: 50MB per video
      • time limit: 1 minute
  2. After compression, if we are unable to meet those limits, you will be requested to post a smaller sized file.
  3. Even if you post a video with audio, the audio will not play.

Article 6 - Rating

  1. You may post a five-point rating for the service provider. Ratings you post will be published on the Website.
  2. The Company will send you a notification prompting you to post a rating for the service you use when you book a service through the Website.

Article 7 - Reporting Violations of Guidelines

  1. If you believe the Contents on the Website is illegal or violates this Guideline, please click the report button displayed on each Content, select a reason, and notify the Company.
  2. Upon receiving a notification under the preceding paragraph, the Company will check whether the said Contents are illegal or violates this Guideline. If the Company determines that the said Contents is illegal or violates this Guideline, the Company reserves the right to delete such Contents.

Article 8 - Miscellaneous

Matters not specified in this Guideline shall be governed by Terms and Conditions.
