Ensure to read the following in its entirety prior to contacting us.

• Enquiries should be directed by either the applicant or the individual utilizing the booking
• Information may not be disclosed if the enquiry is made by a representative person other than the applicant himself/herself (Booking details and information are required if calls are made by representatives)
• Cancellations and changes can only be processed at the request of the applicant or passenger only (representatives will not be allowed to make any cancellations or changes)

Enquiries via E-mail

In order to protect personal information privacy of all passengers and applicants, ADVENTURE will request for the following details when enquiries are made. Kindly ensure you have the following information available prior to contacting us.

The following information must be included in e-mails addressed to us:

• ADVENTURE ID / Booking ID
• Applicant Name in Full
• User Name in Full
• Registered Telephone Number
• Registered E-mail Address

* ADVENTURE ID / Booking IDs can be retrieved by providing us with other information, such as telephone number(s), e-mail address(s), or other information

* Operating hours are subject to change

Submitted enquiries will be responded to within two business days. Enquiries submitted after operating hours will be responded to on the next working day or thereafter. E-mail enquiries will only be responded to via e-mail, and responses will not be provided via telephone.
