A heritage tax will be applicable to stays in the state of Melaka, payable directly to the property.
CAR PARK VALIDATION FOR ROOM GUESTSBefore exiting, validate your parking card at the Concierge or Front Desk to enjoy a 24-hour parking rate of RM5 per vehicle.* Parking duration begins from the time of entry into the car park and validation is required only once for multiple entries within the 24-hour period.
Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Effective 1st October 2024, there will be a car park fee imposed by the car park operators at property. Room guests will enjoy a special 24-hour parking rate of RM5 per vehicle which allows multiple entries per day. Guests are requested to validate the payment card used upon entry at Hotel Reception each time before exiting.
Kindly be informed that the exemption of tourism tax on foreign tourist staying at a registered accommodation premise will end on 31st December 2022.

Accordingly, the imposition of tourism tax on foreign tourist staying at a registered premise will be re-imposed effective from 1st January 2023.
