All guests must be over 18 years of age to check into the hotel, unless accompanied by an Parent/Guardian.Group Bookings of 5 Rooms or more booked on a single reservation the following polices apply:- There will be no charge for cancellations or amendments, made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. Allsuch changes must be advised to the Company in writing by email.- Up to 20% of the confirmed number of rooms may be cancelled between 15 days and 10 days prior to thearrival date without penalty. Rooms cancelled in excess of this 20% will be charged at 50% of the quotedaccommodation rate for the duration of the period booked.- Up to 10% of the previously confirmed number of rooms may be cancelled between 5 days and 10 dayswithout penalty. Rooms cancelled in excess of this will be charged 75% of the quoted accommodation ratefor the duration of the period.- Every room cancelled within 5 days of the arrival date will be fully charged.- A rooming list with the names of all guests in each room must be updated via Booking.com no later than 5 days prior to the groups arrival.- Groups bookings of 5 or more rooms must be guaranteed by credit card to the hotel at the time of Booking and full prepayment of the group is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.-Car Parking is included for the nights you are staying. Should you wish to leave your car for additional days that you are not staying in the hotel a charge of €5 per day will apply.
