As from 1 November 2012, the local authorities will charge a tourist tax to all visitors to Catalonia over 16 years of age. Please note that when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the mentioned tourist tax. The tax rate is 0.65€ + VAT = 0.72€ per person, per day. A maximum of 7 days is charged. The tourist tax must be paid to the member of staff checking you in, upon arrival at the apartment.
Check-in is between 02:00 PM and 08:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
The refundable damage deposit is 200 EUR which will be held on a credit card upon arrival.
