ㆍ Please ensure a room inspection is completed at check-out.
ㆍ Housekeeping is conducted from 11:00 to 15:00. For smooth operations, please adhere strictly to these times.
● Additional Charges
ㆍ Extra person fee: KRW 30,000 per adult (age 7 and above) / Children (age 6 and under) stay free within the standard occupancy.
ㆍ Additional charges for extra guests beyond the standard occupancy must be paid on-site.

● Precautions for reservation
· Please make an on-site payment for additional charges for additional occupancies beyond the standard occupancy.
· The contact details of the accommodation will be automatically sent to your phone upon reservation.
· The booking details change request is considered as booking cancellation, so the same policy applies regarding the refund rule.
· Refunds are not possible for No-Show that have not been canceled after confirmation of the reservation.
· If the payment is made without including the additional personnel fee when making a reservation, please make an on-site payment.
● Accommodation Information
· As the pool is open for free, there are no safety staff deployed. They need careful care from their guardians.
· Children under 150 cm must wear protective equipment.
· Do not bring food or alcohol to the table near the swimming pool after 21:00 PM
· Outside facilities and room equipment may be operated and changed depending on the accommodation situation.
· Companion animals are prohibited from entering due to allergies and facility management (excluding pet caravan rooms)
· Please refrain from cooking seafood, meat, and tempura in the room.
· If you want to enter after 20 p.m., please contact us in advance.
· Visitors and outsiders other than the number of reservations are restricted, and you cannot enter beyond the maximum number of people in the room.
· All rooms are non-smoking areas, and the use of candles, firecrackers, and personal firearm items that may be at risk of fire is prohibited.
· Please be aware that the user is responsible for damage or loss of the facility.
· Minors (under the age of 19) who are not accompanied by their guardians are not allowed to enter.
· The image of the accommodation can be different from the real thing.
