Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. It is the property’s policy that children under 19 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. Pool access is limited to one entry per day, per person in July and August. Re-entry is not allowed. The property’s pools, sauna, fitness center, and kid's lounge are closed on the last Wednesday of every month, except July and December (subject to change without prior notice).
