Instrucciones:

- A form needs to be filled up for smooth check-in (If the form is not filled check-in will take time). The link will be shared with you once the booking is confirmed.
- A refundable security deposit of INR 2000 is payable before check in which is refunded after 1 to 3 hours of your check out (After inspection)
- Music is not allowed
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 8 PM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- No parties or events. No drugs.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people.
-Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
- Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Just a heads-up about our little quirks at the house! While we've got beds designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, we like to keep things cozy with an extra mattress tucked away. But hey, we like to keep it real – no extra sheet or blanket for the lucky soul on the bonus mattress! 😄 So, if you're planning on inviting extra guests over, give us a shout and we'll work our magic to make sure everyone's comfy, mattress and all.

Now, let's talk about cleaning – we've got a bit of a routine here. If you're staying for 3 nights or less, we won't pester you with cleaning upfront. But hey, if you shoot me a message the day before, we'll make sure to spruce things up for you the next day at the crack of 11 am. (Staff availability is pending, but we've got it covered most of the time!)
Now, if you're in it for the long haul and staying for 4 nights or more, we'll roll out the red carpet – well, the cleaning supplies, at least! From the third day onwards, you can expect a thorough cleaning session every alternate day. (Yep, staff availability still a thing, but we've got it sorted!)
