A security deposit of SGD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The same card should be presented upon arrival to settle the SGD 200.The property does not accept cash.
All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amenable. Should you fail to check in by 12PM one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable
Apartments are allocated based on the availability upon check-in.
Guests must present passport upon check-in as a proof of identity
Housekeeping is done every 8 days.
Some apartments allocated to guests are equipped with skylight windows instead of windows on the side.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
The property offers an Apple TV and Cable TV box connected to the TV.
This is a strictly non-smoking property, and violators will be subject to an SGD $1,000 fine.
