Only pets weighing under 15 kilograms are allowed at the property.

Pets are not allowed in the dining areas, cascading pools and villa plunge pools.

Please note, to maintain the exclusivity and the privacy of hotel residents, the hotel units are strictly for accommodation purposes only and are limited to 2 adults and 1 child for Premier Rooms, 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child for all our Suites and Villas. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room. Any commercial or public use of the room, such as for photoshoots, videography, meetings and interviews et cetera can only be undertaken upon the receipt of written permission by the hotel management. Outside caterings (Food & Beverages) are not permitted to be brought inside the Hotel premises and the Hotel reserves the right to reject the same and/or add a surcharge & corkage.
