Check-in Information – 3:00pmAll our locations here at The Castle Collection are self-check in buildings. On the day of check in an email with full check in details will be sent to the email provided upon booking. The email will have an attachment containing a code for the main door and a code to collect the keys. The email will be sent anytime up to 3:00pm on the day of check in, please look out for this. We can not guarantee early check in, however if the room is ready early we will send you your check in details confirming the room is ready. To guarantee early check in we suggest booking the room from the night before.Security Deposit – A security deposit of £150.00 is required. This charge is to cover breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. The deposit is fully refundable on check-out, subject to inspection of the accommodation. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please contact The Castle Collection 3 days before check-in between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm to arrange your security deposit payment. Expedia provide us with a virtual credit card for accommodation fees, you will need to provide us with a valid card. Parking We recommend parking in the Dale Street Q Park, off Vernon Street, L2 2HJ. This car park is secure and just a ten-minute walk away from all of our locations at The Castle Collection. In the apartment you will find a Q Park discount ticket, this will reduce the cost to £9.00 per 24 hours. This offer can be redeemed at the ticket machine when you leave the Q Park. Simply enter your original ticket into the payment machine followed by your discount ticket, the discount will be applied then payment can be made. If you will be in and out of the Q Park during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to provide you with more vouchers. For long term parking, season tickets are available for minimum 13 weeks at around £6.00 per night, this can be ordered in advance. Check-out Information – 11:
Refundable damage deposit:A damage deposit of GBP150 is required 3 days before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
