A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay including moving furniture, beds or decoration.
Non-halal food is not allowed at the property.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
The property strictly enforces a no excessive noise policy after 11:00PM until 08:00AM.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
A refundable security deposit per booking - MYR 50 for all room, will be collected 3 days before arrival.
