In case of sending your bags or mail to the hotel ahead of time via a parcel delivery service, postal mail, and etc.., the shipping label must contain the name of the reserved guest and check-in date.
The hotel will hold items for one week before the check-in.
The hotel cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing.
The hotel is not responsible for any shipping fees. Please make a payment in advance. For more information, please contact each hotel.
Please enter the full name exactly as it appears on your passport when you book the hotel. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
The hotel offers room reservations only, no other services can be booked through the hotel.
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the property can only store your baggage on the check in/out date.
Cash is not accepted at the property. All guests who want to pay at the property will be required to use a credit card or electronic money.
