In-Room Amenities and Care
Pet Essentials: The resort provides cat and dog-friendly soap, towels, washable beds, soft blankets, food and beverage bowls, and a welcome treat and toy.
In-Room Dining: A specialized in-room dining menu is available for pets.
Housekeeping: Owners must coordinate with the housekeeping team for room cleaning, during which time the pet must be secured with the owner.
・Noise and Liability
Noise Control: Owners must manage barking and noise to avoid disturbing other guests. If a second noise complaint is received, the guest may be required to leave the resort without a refund.
Damages: Owners accept full responsibility for any property damage or personal injuries caused by their pet.
Property Policy: Mövenpick's Wagging and Purring Pet Experience
The property is a pet-friendly destination welcoming both cats and dogs. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, the following policies apply:
・Booking and General Requirements
Pet Limit and Size: A maximum of two pets (cats or dogs) are allowed per room, with each pet weighing up to 35 kg.
Fees: An additional charge of AED 250 per pet, per night applies.
Deposit: A refundable deposit of AED 500 is required at check-in.
Health and Safety: Owners must provide an up-to-date vaccination booklet for all pets.
・Resort Guidelines
Designated Areas: Leashed, well-behaved pets are permitted in specific areas, including Boons Brasserie and Bar Terrace, The Market Terrace, and designated sections of Ula.
Supervision: Pets must never be left unattended in the room. Guests are asked not to use "Do Not Disturb" signs to bypass pet policy requirements.
Leash Policy: Pets must remain on a leash and under control at all times when outside the guest room.
Cleanliness: Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up and properly disposing of pet waste in designated relief areas. Housekeeping must be notified immediately in the event of indoor accidents.
