Check-in time: From 16:00 To 20:00
Instructions:
1. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00. If guest who arrive after 20:00 without advance notice will not be able to check in and will be considered as a No-Show. If check-in after 20:00, please be sure to contact us in advance. We will make another arrangement.
2.Check-in place is in a building called Roman-Kan. The guest need Go Directly to the Reception/Front Desk (Roman-Kan) to check in. https://goo.gl/maps/QdPKAmRRbXiwikaBA
3. Our accommodations are made in a traditional wooden house. Due to the nature of the building structure and construction materials, the sound can be easily heard.
4. We provide bedding for the number of people who make the reservation. Babies and toddlers (No futon required) stay, an additional cost will be charged per person.
5.We located in a quiet residential area. Please use it quietly because the sound tends to resonate with the building because of the nature of wooden houses. Times need to be quiet: 22:00 - 08:00
6. The entire building is Non-smoking. (There is a smoking space outside).
7. Accommodation tax is NOT included in the room rate. Please pay it at check in. (200 yen per person per night, Cash Only)
8. Parties are NOT permitted.
9. For rooms with bathrooms, you may be assigned a room in the annex.
10. For extra beds,the availability of extra beds depends on the room type. Please check the details for each room type. If the option to add an extra bed is not shown in the room type description, extra beds cannot be added.
11. On the day of check-in, we offer free luggage storage from 9:00 AM. For other dates, a fee of 1,500 JPY per item will be charged. Please bring your luggage to the front desk (Roman Building) for storage.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:

For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000
【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
