【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
- For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
- For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night
【Regarding Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax】
In addition to the displayed rates, the Osaka Prefecture accommodation tax will be charged as follows. Please pay this tax at the hotel.
(The tax is applied per person, per night, based on the room rate and service charges.)
[For stays up to August 31, 2025]
JPY 7,000 to JPY 14,999: JPY 100
JPY 15,000 to JPY 19,999: JPY 200
JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 300
[For stays from September 1, 2025]
JPY 5,000 to JPY 14,999: JPY 200
JPY 15,000 to JPY 19,999: JPY 400
JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 500
Except for Nikko Premium floors, the air conditioning in guest rooms are centrally managed, and it is not possible to switch between cooling and heating for individual rooms.
General schedule:
April to October - Fan / Cooling, November to March -Fan / Heating
Packages sent to the hotel prior to 4 days of arrival must be paid, but free for less than 3 days. One Harmony members receive a free package storage service.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
