Effective October 1, 2025, a 5% Visitor Levy will apply to all bookings for stays on or after July 24, 2026. The Visitor Levy is payable directly to the property at check-in and applies only to the first five days of the stay. Extra bed is available for GBP 40
If 4 or more apartments are booked, Groups Terms and Conditions will apply where a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking and the balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Late check-out is available on request with the supplement of GBP 25 per hour and not later than 2:00 PM.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of EUR 20 per night per pet.
