1. To provide better facilities and services, long-term maintenance of the facilities is being carried out.
2. The Presidential Spa Suite rooms will not have spa access during the winter season.
3. Kitchen utensils (pots, frying pans, 6-person tableware set) are available for rental at a fee of 22,000 KRW (VAT included). Additional charges can be paid at the accommodation.
4. An additional fee of 11,000 KRW per person and 22,000 KRW per extra bedding will be charged.
5. Early check-in/out will incur a fee of 22,000 KRW per hour.
6. Requests for additional housekeeping items (e.g., bottled water, towels, etc.) are available only until 10:00 PM.
7. Pets are not allowed in all rooms.
8. All rooms are non-smoking. A special cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking inside the rooms.
9. If you book 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.
