Security Deposit (Refundable): RM 200. 00 or SG 100. 00 Refundable within 1–3 working days after check-out & inspection.
ID & Tourism Tax:
Standby IC or passport copy is required for registration. RM10/night/person tourism tax (for foreigners on social visit pass)
Cleaning Fee:
Charged separately based on booking stated. Payable at property. Refer to your check-in message or contact us for details (if necessary).
Late Check-Out Fees:
2-Bedroom Unit: RM60/hour 3-Bedroom Unit: RM75/hour Larger Units: RM100/hour Past 3:00 PM = one full day charge. Early check-in is complimentary, subject to availability. Check in time :2.45pm
Lost Access Card OR Key: Replacement fee: RM200.00
Personal Belongings: Please double-check your items before check-out.
Parking: Free, at own risk.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (RM500. 00 penalty applies due to lasting odors).
Prohibited Foods:
• Kindly avoid bringing pungent or strong* coloured foods (e.g., durians, mangosteen). • Please help us preserve the home by avoiding damages, stains, or any illegal activities.
Rules & Conduct:
Follow all house/platform rules. No damage, loss, soiling, or illegal activities. Violations will forfeit your deposit.
