ᄆ The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of contact information.
ᄆ For check-ins after 08:00 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.

ᄆ Usage of additional services, facilities, or other options may be subject to restrictions based on weather or property conditions on the day of use. Refunds for property costs due to such limitations are not possible.
ᄆ Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through Agoda.

[Parking Information]
The parking management room is operated separately from Hyoyi Stay.
★Vehicle registration required before entering the vehicle
★ If there is a weekend, public holiday, or event, the Parking Management Office, at its own discretion, implements 'restrictions on leaving the vehicle after registration'. Please receive accurate information from the Parking Management Office.
☞ Parking registration location
★ Parking management room at the back of the building (in front of the tower parking lot)
★ 10,000 KRW per day (card fee of 1,000 won excluded)
★ 'Vehicle registration is required before entering the vehicle', and the vehicle must be registered at the 'Parking Management Office in front of the tower parking lot at the back of the building.' (※Entry into the basement is absolutely prohibited)
★ If not registered, 3,000 KRW per hour will be charged.
★ Parking is operated separately from the hotel, and we are not responsible if it is full.
★ Please note that guests are responsible for incurring parking fees for unregistered vehicles

- Please check the cancellation policy before booking.

9) For minors, parental consent and documents must be submitted in advance (including companions and immediate family). Please inquire with the property for required documents (mixed-gender stays not allowed). *Only same-gender or immediate family members may stay together.

Front operating hours (20th floor): 11:00~24:00 (※No visit possible between 13:00 and 14:00)
How to check in: Visit the front desk on the 20th floor and show your ‘ID card or passport’. If the reservation is different, please contact us in advance and check-in may not be possible.
