A lounge exclusively for guests is available next to the front desk on the second floor. You can enjoy fluffy Marinoa pancakes and drinks from Welcome Sweets for free.
In addition, a night lounge exclusively for guests is available from 8:00 p.m. We offer light snacks that go well with alcohol, such as mixed nuts, donuts, marinated vegetables, and cheese. We also have cut fruits available, so you can make your own favorite cocktails or non-alcoholic cocktails.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Children under 13 years old will be charged JPY 1,300 for breakfast per day.
Electric folding wheelchairs can also be rented, although only one is available.
The folding wheelchair can be loaded into a car and used for excursions.
The battery range is approximately 20 km.

The property’s front door is closed from 01:00 AM to 06:00 AM. Guests entering or leaving the property outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly.
Children under 13 years old will be charged JPY 7,200 per child per night with extra bedding provided.

In Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for room rates of JPY 19,999 and under per night, and tax of JPY 500 will be charged for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over per night.
In Fukuoka Prefecture excluding Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for all room rates.
From April 1st 2022, the balcony will also be non-smoking area, and it will be completely non-smoking in the room.

Outlet Mall Marinoa City Fukuoka will be closing for reconstruction on August 18, 2024.
